Aleta’s kitchen uses select quality raw materials. Its main influence is the Mediterranean basin, with an emphasis on fresh fish and seafood. Its dishes are characterized by rich but very precise and refreshing flavors, as befits the Mediterranean climate and culture. They are prepared using a charcoal grill, a smoker, and other special instruments.
